Nestos Adventure Park


Not a beach as one typically imagines in Greece,
but a big sandy spot and shallow water at a bend
in the Nestos River, just on the edge of Toxotes.
Our base is located at the start of Nestos Rhodope
trail and offers a big variety of outdoor activities
such as zip line, archery, wall climbing etc.

Nestos Kayak Club - Stavroupoli Center


An adventure center at the valley Nestos River,
but also equally close to the wonderful forests
of Rodopi Mountain Range. Stavroupoli village is
the most appropriate place to begin your mountain
excursions with options such as Kayaking, Hiking,
Off-road 4x4, etc.

The full day Kayak tour through the Nestos Gorge

This full-day kayak tour takes you through the Nestos Gorge, one of the most important wildlife refuges and aesthetic forests in Europe.

Nestos Kayaking and Hiking tour

Towards the end of the 19th century, the railway connecting Toxotes to Stavroupoli was constructed. It was a magnificent project of vital importance for the connection between Europe and the East.
