Toxotes Central Office


We are based in Xanthi, and more specifically in
the village of Toxotes. Our GNTO licensed business
offers daily and multi-day trips in a balanced
combination of nature, activity, and culture,
which can make your visit to East Macedonia and
Thrace even more interesting.

Nestos Adventure Park


Not a beach as one typically imagines in Greece,
but a big sandy spot and shallow water at a bend
in the Nestos River, just on the edge of Toxotes.
Our base is located at the start of Nestos Rhodope
trail and offers a big variety of outdoor activities
such as zip line, archery, wall climbing etc.

Nestos Kayak Club - Stavroupoli Center


An adventure center at the valley Nestos River,
but also equally close to the wonderful forests
of Rodopi Mountain Range. Stavroupoli village is
the most appropriate place to begin your mountain
excursions with options such as Kayaking, Hiking,
Off-road 4x4, etc.

River Rafting – Paranesti Center


Paranesti village belongs to Dramas prefecture and is
the last stronghold of modern culture before the wild
beauty of nature. Our center is located in the heart
of the village but also close enough to Platanovrisi
dam of Nestos River where Rafting activity starts.

Platanes beach, Maries, Thassos Island


Skala Marion is a picturesque fishing village, built
by the sea on the west coast of Thassos. On the beach
of Platanes next to Sunset beach bar starts one of
the most beautiful kayak routes of the island.

Nestos Gorge

The straits of Nestos - Thracian Tempi, extend between the mountains of the southern part of the Rhodope Mountains.

Lake Vistonida

Lake Vistonida is located on the borders of the Prefectures of Rhodope and Xanthi. It is one of the main ecologically wetlands of Thrace, but also of Northern Greece, as it has important habitat types and particularly rich biodiversity.

Nestos Delta

The Nestos Delta is located on the southern border of the Prefectures of Kavala and Xanthi. Its beginning is placed at the exit of the river from the mountain mass, in Toxotes village and extends to the south, occupying a fairly large area of ​​550,000 acres. compose a mosaic that favors wildlife.
